Ham Spread/Dip

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 12oz country ham or deli ham
  • 8 slices Prissy Pickle Southern Sweet pickle

Allow cream cheese to become room temperature and mash with a fork.  Chop ham and pickle and add to cream cheese and mix.  Add a little pickle syrup if your mixture is too thick.  You can use deli ham, but we feel the salty vs sweet flavors are really the best.  If you like spicy, try our Southern Sweet with Habanero!  Sprinkle with a bit of lemon juice and serve with Ritz crackers.  Now you’re ready for some football!
